Hurricane Hole Bar & Restaurant
Kick back and relax with your beverage of choice while watching yachts floating in and out of the marina. Begin your day by heading to Hurricane Hole Bar & Restaurant in the Marina Village for a hearty breakfast - watch the colorful hues of the rising sun from the waterfront patio, enjoy choices of traditional continental dishes as well as authentic Saint Lucian favorites such as saltfish and plantains. If breakfast isn't your thing, Hurricane Hole's bustling atmosphere begins to surface during lunch and dinner times where boaters, hotel guests, and locals meet for snacks, casual dining, and cocktails. We highly recommend their smoothies - they're incredible!
Rum Cave
With a native stone and wood design inspired by the Caribbean’s colonial-era rum distilleries, the Rum Cave is a fitting place for communing with this most essential of island spirits. Adjacent to the dinghy dock, overlooking the Marina Bridge, it offers captivating indoor and outdoor settings for savoring fine regional rums and cigars while watching mega yachts slip into their berths. Guests seeking rum alternatives will find plenty to love about the diverse offering of beers, wines, single malt whiskeys and handcrafted specialty cocktails.
The Rum Cave is open for lunch and dinner with live music most evenings. A private dining room is available for resort and Marina groups.
The Grill at 14*16
More than a place to dine, The Grill at 14*61 has created an upscale yet decidedly casual destination, where resort guests and Saint Lucians enjoy simply prepared prime meat cuts and fresh, locally sourced seafood accompanied by an assortment of indigenous herbs and spices sourced directly from the hotel’s private garden.
The restaurant offers an indoor/outdoor garden setting for private dining and special events.
Brut Bar and Pool Bar
Wade down to the swim-up Pool Bar to enjoy wines by the glass, Caribbean beers and expertly mixed frozen, muddled cocktails and mocktails. The adjacent Brut Bar, whose title is a nod to the French term for “raw,” features a selection of local ceviche, sushi plates, salads and seafood dishes along with grilled burgers and sandwiches.
