At this alfresco poolside spot, guests come and go in beach gear, stopping in for light Caribbean-inflected lunchtime fare during the day and contemporary Thai- and Japanese-inspired Asian dishes at night.
Note: During the summer season, we alternate between Terrace and Lotus for dinner service.

Parrot Cay’s Terrace restaurant specialises in modern Mediterranean-inspired Turks and Caicos dining, with a particular focus on Italian cuisine. Serving breakfast and dinner, the restaurant offers indoor and alfresco dining. Healthy alternatives are always available, too, in the form of our COMO Shambhala Cuisine.
COMO Shambhala Cuisine
For healthy cuisine in the Turks and Caicos look no further than our COMO Shambhala menus, which use organic ingredients rich in living enzymes, vitamins and sea minerals. Salads, steamed and grilled foods all feature.
Unprocessed honey replaces other sweeteners, and when fat is needed, olive oil stands in for butter. But nor is COMO Shambhala Cuisine about calorie counting, rather we present food that optimises nutrition while tasting delicious.

We can easily arrange an intimate dinner on the deck or verandah of your suite or villa. Enjoy a meal on a deserted beach, in our beachfront Tiki Hut or in the spa cottage. For families, we can put together seaside barbecues or castaway-style picnics.
