  • Go kayaking on the private lagoon, and witness flying fish jump in and out of the water
  • Request a wine-tasting session in the beautiful vaulted cellar - be sure to try full-bodied Tannat wine, made from Uruguay’s most famous grape
  • Break a sweat on one of 2 tennis courts, practise your golf swing at the driving range or cool off in the South Garden's black granite Absolute Nero pool on the wood terrace, with vistas of the plains below
